Paralegal specialising in family law
The successful candidate will work at Queens Gardens Business Centre, Newcastle-under-Lyme, one-to-one under the direct supervision of Ann McCabe . The employee must be willing and able to undertake routine administrative tasks and also to learn and develop over time into a fee earner specialising in family law. The tasks undertaken will therefore range from printing and going to the post office to taking notes during meetings with clients and drafting petitions, applications and statements.
The key advantages of this role over many similar roles that will be offered by other firms are firstly the opportunity to learn directly from a solicitor with many years’ experience of family law and secondly to be at the heart of a small business, as it develops and grows into a practice which is able to continue to flourish for many years to come.
Legal qualification or experience essential. Both a definite advantage.
Strong IT and organisational skills essential.
Full or part time hours considered.
Salary commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
